Do you like the new look on my blog? Trimming things down for a new year! (and I did it all by myself following Sophie's tutorial here and using the awesome PicMonkey!). I still have some tweaking to do but I like the new look :)
I started my blog in October 2009, primarily as somewhere to share my crafting. It has followed me on my journey to learn to crochet, becoming Coeliac, moving country's and house's numerous times and all the UPs and downs in between.
Looking back, my kids have grown so much in this time and we are now entering new territory... Tweens and puberty! Exciting and terrifying all at the same time.
This year I aim to spend more time crafting, visiting blog linky's (especially these ones) and connecting to other bloggers. I have a quilt to finish and crochet I want to make. I have just ordered Project Life sleeves and have got out my watercolours to start painting again. Yes, this is the year of craft here.
I have made some AMAZING friends through blogging and hope to continue to further develop those friendships and meet more bloggers this year (here! are you coming too?).
In celebration of my 500th blog post I thought it was fitting to do a week of giveaways for my lovely followers.
